Remote Start Your Car With Toyota App

Stay warm and cozy this winter with the Toyota Connect App! Remote start your Toyota vehicle from a distance with a few simple steps. No more freezing in the cold car, download the app today!

"Hey, everyone. It's Savannah from Georgetown Toyota. And as you can see by the lot here, we have some snow today. So I'm going to show you how you can use your Toyota Connect app on this 2024 RAV4 to be able to get your car nice and toasty and warm. First, we're going to load up the Toyota Connect app.

This app can be downloaded on any Apple or Android device. We just want to make sure that we have a strong Wi-Fi connection. Make sure the vehicle status says closed and locked. Once all those things are complete, we're going to be connecting to the vehicle using the power button to signal to it that we'd like to remote start.

Once everything is connected, it will show a timer counting down from 10 minutes. That will allow the vehicle to run for 10 full minutes, and then it will shut off automatically. Now that the timer has finished up on the remote start for 10 full minutes, I'm now going to get in my car, and it's going to be nice and warm, and I don't have to worry about sitting in the car and freezing."
