Thank you for the follow-up…was very impressed with the service at Toyota when I came in concerned about a sound of gravel hitting the underneath of my car.  The fact that after my car was taken down from inspection, you accommodated my request to put it back up, speak to both the mechanic and service “lead” mechanic was fantastic service.

In the past I have stayed away from dealership service offerings based on bad experiences of being over charged for limited service – always a charge just to look at a car.

Was very, very impressed.

By the way, felt really badly for taking up everyone’s time when my husband noticed the following morning a trail of tar along the entrance to our garage from my car.  We both work very long hours on our own small businesses and generally get back home after dark so had not noticed before.

Apparently, I must have driven over some newly-put-down asphalt and the remnants on my tires made the gravel kick up more.

As always my involvement with service at Georgetown  Toyota boarders on having fun.  Everyone is pleasant and helpful right from the time of setting up the appointment until they handed me the keys.    The process was most efficient and yes everything was explained to me including the service schedule.  I was given an appointment date for Jan 2014.

I love my truck and feel confident in having it serviced with you. 

It was interesting to read in the Toyota Magazine, just yesterday, about the new Tundra and how people feel about their trucks?.they could have been talking about me.

“Legendary Service”

Please allow me to share my recent experience with buying a Toyota Sequoia, from Christian Febel, at Georgetown Toyota. Christian helped me to identify and capitalize on the merits of moving from my Cadillac Escalade ESV, to the Sequoia, and once educated, I could not be happier with my decision.

I should also acknowledge the fact that my wife has owned 6 new Toyota 4Runner’s over a long period and I have had a ringside seat to the legendary service that was provided.  When I combine my recent Georgetown Toyota sales experience with Mr. Febel, and the fact that Toyota’s service, in my opinion, has always exceeded any service received through GM, I am very satisfied with my decision to make the switch to Toyota.

Prior to the 5 years I owned the Escalade, I had two new S-Class Mercedes Benz vehicles. The switch to the large SUV was prompted due to the fact we have a very handicapped little guy, who needs a wheel chair, a walker, and other large scale aids, and the Benz SUV was not big enough.

The reason I mention this is the fact that I have had the legendary Mercedes sales and service experience, and I will tell you that I have been treated just as well or better, through my experience with Christian Febel at Georgetown Toyota, then at any other time in my experience owning high-end vehicles.

My overall experience has been very favorable and I will always refer Christian Febel to anyone looking to have a first-class car purchasing experience. He is highly professional, very caring of his customers, and his attention to detail is exceptional.

The staff at the service counter are the friendliest and most helpful in town.  Your prices are also quite competitive for the services, even though I have a Prius.  Time quotes are always accurate unless something unforseen comes up (which is rare) and I have always been asked for permission before doing anything to my car not in the original agreement.  I look forward to continuing to use your services.
